initial cleaning...

An Initial clean would be a more in depth cleaning of the home in order to reach our base point for recurring services moving forward. This clean involves every service included within a Standard clean as well as a deeper cleaning of all accessible baseboards. We also make sure to touch upon all doors/frames and interior windows/sills. Because this clean does end up being longer than maintenance cleans, Initials are placed at an hourly rate with a minimum of 4 hours. These cleans typically average anywhere from 4-6.5 hours at most depending on the size and state of the home.

Services include the following:

•high & low dusting of all rooms

•dusting of all accessible baseboards and ceiling fans

•all surfaces wiped down

•exterior kitchen cabinets wiped down

•interior/exterior of microwave cleaned

•top/exterior of fridge cleaned/polished

•exterior of dishwasher cleaned/polished 

•top/exterior of stove cleaned 

•kitchen sink thoroughly cleaned

•all small appliances wiped down

•backsplash wiped over as needed

•all counters wiped clean

•exterior of trash cans wiped down

•bathrooms throughly scrubbed down

•sinks/vanities wiped clean

•showers/tubs throughly scrubbed down and disinfected 

•interior/exterior of toilets cleaned and disinfected 

•all mirrors wiped down

•all wood cleaned/polished

•wipe down of all television screens (as long as they have remained off) 

•all switch plates wiped over

•interior window/sill maintenance 

•all sliders wiped down 

•couch surfaces cleared off

•leather wiped down if any

•exterior of washers/dryers wiped over 

•all floors vacuumed and/or mopped

•trash removal (replacement of liners if needed)

These services are only offered as add-on services to recurring cleanings when there is availability to do so.

As a side note, at this time, I do not offer laundry services, dish washing, wall washing, carpet cleaning/upholstery cleaning, post-construction cleanings and patio furniture cleaning. 

move-in/out cleanings...

I don't know about you, but the entire process of moving is extremely stressful! Not only do you have to make the time around your already busy schedule to organize and pack up your entire life, but you also want to make sure that wherever you are moving to has been completely cleaned and disinfected. This is also the case for those who are moving out of the home as well, and want to ensure that the home is sparkling for the new homeowners.

These services offer a thorough cleaning prior to/or following your official move in/out date with the flexibility that you need.   

A thorough cleaning will be completed for every area within the home including the interior of all cabinets and drawers. This service also includes the interior cleaning of major appliances such as the oven, dishwasher and refrigerator if needed, as well as the cleaning of all accessible window tracks. Move-in/out cleaning services can take up to 7+ hours to complete, in my experience, with a minimum of 5 hours depending on the size and state of the home. For smaller apartments, the time of completion may be less depending on the state of the home, but there is still a minimum of 5 hours. These services are placed at an hourly rate with two cleaners.
